The conference, along with subsequent coffee and lunch breaks, will take place in the Platinum Suite.
The entrance hall for the exhibition floor will be confirmed closer to the event.
The nearest stations to ExCeL London is Custom House and Prince Regent, best accessed via the London Underground.

All badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organisation, and email address (if applicable). This information is only obtained by exhibitors if they scan your badge at their stand. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not have your badge scanned at an exhibition stand.
About the venue
ExCeL London cloakrooms are open during event hours and are provided free of charge, subject to availability. The cloakrooms are located on Level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 and S4), and at the east end of the venue.
If you are attending the Learning Technologies Conference, the Platinum Suite has its own cloakroom.
Please note ExCeL is unable to store any items overnight and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in cloakroom at any time.
