Conference

Europe’s leading workplace learning conference

Learning Technologies is the world’s leading conference dedicated to technology-supported learning in the workplace. Celebrating its 25th year, the Learning Technologies 2024 Conference entered a milestone, marking a pivotal year for both technology and learning. As always the programme explored what’s happening and what learning and development professionals need to stay informed and keep ahead.

While AI undoubtedly plays a prominent role, our agenda also delved into crucial aspects such as content design, skills development, and personal growth. Most importantly, we took a good look at the human element - focusing on the sharing of knowledge, building capabilities, and preparing for the future. After all, when the machines have done their work, what differentiates and creates value, if it isn’t the people?
