Tiffany Abinsay is the Head of Digital Learning Technology at Citi. In this role, she will drive the strategy to optimize our technology ecosystem and improve learner experience. This role is focused on creating and governing a common toolset of applications for our L&D partners to utilize. Tiffany will also oversee US Private Bank Learning technology, overseeing their digital transformation and migration to new platforms. Her purview also includes an instructional design team focused on using the new content development tools at Citi. Tiffany joined Citi in 2007. She has since held various roles in the Learning and Talent space across Operations, Technology, and L&D. Most recently, Tiffany led a team to implement and update numerous platforms for the enterprise, including the Learning Management System, Degreed, and Area9 adaptive learning. Tiffany has a background in Computer Science, which helps to bridge the gap between business and technical knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
