Sathya Smith is the Founder of Piper, an AI company revolutionising leadership development.
Sathya is a seasoned product and engineering leader. Prior to starting Piper, she spent 12 years at Google where she built and launched several first-of-its-kind solutions (which still see several million DAUs). Post Google she was CTO at onefinestay, where she was responsible for scaling technology for hypergrowth and eventual acquisition by Accor Hotels. She also experienced life as Venture Partner at London based early stage investor LocalGlobe where she focused on health and deep tech startups.
Outside of work, she is an active angel investor, amateur hula hooper and obsessive mystery drama lover.
