Kelly Algier

Kelly brings 20 years’ international experience in leadership positions in both large global corporations and a technology start up. She has experience leading teams in numerous functions and companies including at Citi, Allianz, and A.T. Kearney. She understands both the challenges leaders face in today’s competitive global knowledge economy and the responsibility they have towards the people they lead. She is a Canadian and has lived, worked, and thrived in five countries. Kelly leverages her global corporate experience, with a graduate degree in organizational psychology from Harvard that affords her with deep insights into new ways of working. She began her coaching journey 10 years ago and is passionate coaching leaders using evidence based coaching techniques from renowned scholars. She draws on her knowledge of transformational leadership, positive psychology, motivational theories, change theories, workplace wellbeing, intersectionality, and mastering life’s transitions.
