Keith leads the digital team responsible for LearnHSCNI, Northern Ireland’s regional Learning Management System (LMS) for Health and Social Care (HSC). Over the last four years, Keith has been part of the HSC’s procurement, implementation and management teams for LearnHSCNI, a Civica powered LMS. Doctoral degreed in engineering and having run his own digital media training consultancy since 2007, Keith brings a commercial focus to the HSC Leadership Centre’s digital consultancy, which delivers learning and media production, and digital workflow and process transformation to the HSC in Northern Ireland.
