James has worked in various roles within the L&D industry since leaving University in 2015, leading programmes on topics such as learning cultures, data for impact, reskilling & leadership development. James’ approach to both consultancy and facilitation is to cut through the noise and be practical, which has led to the creation of a new workplace culture model, in which hybrid working is an integral part.
