Hello, I’m Homam Karimi. At heart, I’m someone who deeply believes in the power of learning to change lives and prepare us for the future. Alongside a team of passionate innovators, I co-founded Studytube, where we’re dedicated to transforming the way workplaces approach learning. Our journey started with a simple idea: everyone has untapped potential, and with the right opportunities, we can unlock this potential to not only benefit individuals but also propel entire organisations forward. This belief led us to create Studytube, a learning platform that prioritises skill-based learning. It’s more than just a tool; it’s a way to make personal growth and organisational success accessible to everyone. At Studytube, we’re not just creating a platform; we’re fostering a community where continuous learning is the norm, not the exception. We believe that by focusing on developing crucial skills, we’re helping future-proof businesses and their employees in today’s fast-paced world. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved with Studytube, but I know we didn’t get here alone. It’s the hard work and dedication of around 250 ‘Tubers’ across Amsterdam, Koln, Berlin, and Kharkov, and the trust of approximately 600 enterprises in Europe that have embraced our vision, that have brought us this far. I’m excited to share our experiences and learn from fellow L&D specialists. Together, I believe we can navigate the complexities of skill-based learning and help our organisations thrive in the future of work.
