Gemma manages our Learner Experience and Technology team at Jam Pan and oversees our clients' success with their learning technologies, from holistic learning landscape reviews through to delivery of our service desks and custom design solutions. As well as technology solutions, Gemma’s team also provide curation services to our clients led by our in-house curator Andrea. With certifications and experience in a wide range of LMS and LXPs, she has a deep understanding of learning technology and strategy.
