With 10 years’ experience within people development, culture change and transformation, people are at the heart of everything I do.
I come from Legal & General, where I was a Senior People Development Consultant. This involved anything from the Group Wide People Strategy approach, building or developing culture changing programs for leadership, through to making the complex simple, enabling to building critical capability for our employees.
Recently I joined Lloyds Banking Group and the groups recognition manager. My role is to supercharge and contribute to transform the culture through recognition, change and performance.
I’m curious about the world, people, and their culture. Because of this, I have a passion for what I do; contributing to a culture where people can be at their best, achieve the impossible, and have a true sense of purpose.
