Dan works for HSBC supporting the learning and development of their operations, the Contact Centre and Branch Network.
He's been working in L&D for the last 8 years and has designed 7 Onboarding Programs, along with different Leadership development programs.
Lat year Dan and his team achieved Bronze at the Learning Tech awards, and has also appeared at the LPI awards this year as well for his innovation in the learning space.
In his spare time, Dan likes watching Football (Southampton FC), trying to learn the guitar, and running.
