This has included a role within the Learning & Performance Institute, immersed in the learning community, amongst CLO's, heads of learning, and leaders & managers of learning providers. This 5 years of experience, has provided insight into learning trends, challenges, strategies & tactics to drive business improvement. Now working with Netex Learning, Caitlin directly supports our customers and community of learners with their effective utilisation of our learning technologies, gaining an understanding of their learning needs aligned with organisational objectives and vision, to appoint the relevant solution.
