With over 25 years of experience in the e-learning industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver high-quality, innovative, and cloud-based learning and performance support resources. As the Director of Compliance Solutions at Skillsoft, I oversee the sales and delivery of our compliance products and services across the EMEA region, helping organizations achieve competitive advantages through superior enterprise-wide knowledge and skills. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Skillsoft, which is to democratize learning and empower learners to achieve their full potential. In my current role, I leverage my expertise in e-learning, SaaS, and management to develop and execute effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and identify and pursue new business opportunities. I also work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that our compliance solutions meet the needs and expectations of our clients and learners.
